Fast out the door. Easy if it doesn’t fit.

We ship from a single Dallas warehouse. Returns are pre-paid by us. Here’s the full policy.

Shipping

Domestic shipping

Standard

3–5 business days. $8 flat for orders under $100. Free for $100+.

Expedited

2 business days. $15 flat. Free on orders over $200.

Express Next-Day

1 business day. $30. Place by 12 PM CT for same-day dispatch.

All orders ship via UPS or USPS, with tracking emailed at handoff.

Returns

30-day returns. We pay for the label.

Try it on. Move around in it. If it’s not right, send it back unworn within 30 days. We refund the full amount including original shipping.

Email us

Send your order # to returns@projectgroupz.store within 30 days of delivery.

Get the label

Within 1 business day we email you a pre-paid UPS return label.

Refund hits

Once we receive + inspect (3–5 days), refund processes back to your card within 7–10 days.
