We started with a frustration: every “premium” private-label brand we touched was the same blank-tee importer, slapping a logo on whatever the supplier shipped. We wanted heavier weight, tighter stitching, hardware that didn’t bend the first season.
So we cut the middleman. Every Project Groupz piece is drafted in-studio, prototyped in heavy fabrics, then production-run with vetted manufacturers in the US, Portugal, and Vietnam. Hand-finished checks on every garment before it ships.
No catalog re-skins. No “minimum order quantity 5,000.” No “this is the new normal.” Just real product, made well, sold direct.

Heavy fabric
320–450gsm cotton on tees. 12oz canvas on totes/jackets. Ripstop nylon on shells. You should feel the weight when you open the box.
Construction grade
Bartacked stress points. Double-needle hems. YKK zippers, never generic. Reinforced shoulder seams on every outerwear piece.
