Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our Dallas, TX fulfillment partner. Most orders go out same-day if placed before 1 PM CT, next business day otherwise.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic standard: 3–5 business days. Expedited: 2 business days. Free expedited shipping on all orders $200+.

What’s your return policy?

Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We pay the return label.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently shipping to the US and Canada. EU and UK are on the roadmap for Drop 03 (late 2026).

Are these your own designs?

Yes. Every silhouette and graphic is drafted in our studio. We don’t white-label catalog product.

What does “Drop” mean?

Each Drop is a limited production run. Once a colorway sells out, we don’t restock — we move on to the next iteration.

How do I size?

Each product page has a fit guide and an “if you wear X normally, get Y” table. When in doubt, email us — we’ll match a piece you already own.

Can I get my company logo on these?

Yes — minimum 50 units per SKU for custom embroidery/print. Email wholesale@projectgroupz.store with the spec.
